Gary Austin is a freelance Design Director who specialises in both packaging and branding. Scottish born and bred, but permanently based in Sydney, Australia.

Graduating 14 years ago, he started his design career off at world’s most effective design agency - Elmwood, spending 4 years there. He then set sail around the world, freelancing at some of the best packaging agencies down under, before joining the iconic Landor in their Sydney office.

Since then, he’s been both freelancing and creating work for his own clients, predominately at Denomination where he was lucky enough to work on some of the most recognisable drinks brands around the globe.
